Who we are
QR3D Maker is a free browser-based tool built and operated by the QR3D Maker Team ("we", "us"). By accessing or using qr3dmaker.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the tool
QR3D Maker is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You are responsible for the content you encode in your QR code, for the legality of the URLs and text you link to, and for testing that any printed QR code scans correctly before using it in production.
No guarantee of scannability
Print results depend on your 3D printer, filament, colors, ambient lighting and slicer settings. Always scan a printed sample with a phone before printing in quantity or deploying the object in a customer-facing location.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create QR codes that link to or encode: content that is illegal in your jurisdiction; malware, phishing pages or fraudulent schemes; sexually explicit material involving minors; content that infringes third-party rights; or content intended to harass, threaten or defame any person. We may block access to the Service if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Intellectual property
"QR Code" is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated. QR3D Maker is not affiliated with Denso Wave. You retain all rights to the content and designs you create using the Service. The QR3D Maker source code, brand and site content are owned by the QR3D Maker Team.
Third-party services
The Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense, uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics and uses Google Funding Choices as a Consent Management Platform. Your interactions with those services are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated files will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the QR3D Maker Team and its contributors and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service or the objects you print using files it generates.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the competent courts of the United States.
